- Working with founders and product teams on the AI experience layer, from early concept to shipped product. The focus is on the parts that are easy to get wrong: conversational AI flows, agentic UX, trust and transparency patterns, and how AI behavior lands with real users. Also running product audits and building my own AI tools in parallel.

Convrt.ai is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup focused on AI-powered social selling—helping marketing and sales teams engage high-intent leads within online communities.
- Led the redesign of Convrt’s core AI feature, clarifying complex user flows, integrating conversational AI, and improving AI feedback transparency, resulting in shorter onboarding calls and highly positive feedback during user walkthroughs.
Impact: reduced time on task by 25–30%, shortened onboarding calls, and received consistently strong feedback in demos and pitches.
- Integrated and adapted a modular design system (Shadcn UI + Tailwind) based on team needs, accelerating design iterations and streamlining developer handoff through easy code implementation and consistent components.
- Redesigned the company website, aligning product narrative with updated brand positioning to support marketing and investor outreach
- Introduced usability KPIs, UX research initiatives, and prioritization frameworks (CLEAR + RICE) ****to bring structure and transparency to product development.
Senior Product Designer

At Plista, a programmatic advertising platform, I led UX/UI design efforts across the entire self-service product suite, from onboarding and campaign booking to creative tooling and platform-wide redesigns.
- Improved onboarding and booking flows by combining research, in-app product tours, and microcopy updates, resulting in a 10% activation increase, 5% more bookings, and reduced churn.
